WHAT IS THE RETURN/REFUND GUIDELINES OF PERTUAMART?
- Categories in Application for the Return/Refund of an Item
Buyer may only apply for the exchange and/or return only IF:
A. RECEIVED WRONG/DIFFERENT ITEM - The buyer has received wrong item or is a different product from what has been ordered.
B. INCOMPLETE ITEM - The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity).
C. DAMAGED ITEM/PACKAGING - The Item received has evidence of quality and packaging defects (e.g. dented, dilapidated, under fill or Quality issue)
D. THE ITEM HAS LEAKAGE
- Change of Mind is not applicable to any category above.
- Items that are known as defective / destroyed due to mishandling of the buyer will not be considered for return policy.
- Items that will be returned by the buyer due to overstocking and/or wrong order will not be accepted for return.
- Pertuamart will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.
- Return/Refund coverage
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return and Refund Guidelines, all items sold in Pertuamart are covered by our 7-15 working day return policy.
*Countdown of coverage starts from the date the item was delivered to the buyer.
- Buyer should fill out an Online Return/Refund Form.
(I suggest mayron po ditong clickable link for Online Return/Refund Form. - (attach with the picture/proof of damaged /wrong/ leaked/missing item)A. Buyer must wait for Pertuamart’s decision through email within 3-5 working days subject for approval.
B. Once the decision has been made/ approved:
For Exchange - (subject for logistic's approval)
c.a. RECEIVED WRONG/DIFFERENT ITEM - The buyer has 2-10 working days to return the item to Pertuamart via Lalamove/Grab/Mr.Speedy upon Pertuamart's approval. The buyer should comply with the 7-15 working day return policy.
c.b. INCOMPLETE ITEM - The buyer has 2-10 working days to return the item to Pertuamart via Lalamove/Grab/Mr.Speedy upon Pertuamart's approval. The buyer should comply with the 7-15 working day return policy.
c.c. DAMAGED ITEM/PACKAGING - The buyer has 2-10 working days to return the item to Pertuamart via Lalamove/Grab/Mr.Speedy upon Pertuamart's approval. The buyer should comply with the 7-15 working day return policy.
c.d. THE ITEM HAS LEAKAGE - The buyer should wait Pertuamart's rider to pick up the leaked item to return to Pertuamart for 2-10 working days upon approval.
For Refund - Pertuamart buyer will only be refunded once Pertuamart confirmed that items are returnable with valid defects based on categories above (Please see No.1). Pertuamart shall initiate a refund on the customers’ debit card within three (3) working days upon approval of the refund. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, money remittance, whichever is applicable.
- Condition of Returning Item
In returning item/s, the buyer should ensure that the Item must be returned to Pertuamart in the condition received by Buyer on delivery.
- Liability of Return Shipping Fee
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from Pertuamart (i.e - leakage, damaged, incomplete, or wrong Item/packaging delivered to the Buyer), Pertuamart will bear Buyer's return shipping fee.
