How long does the processing take?

1-2 days processing. For bulk and pail or drum orders, Lead time is 3-5 business days. For Pick up, processing time takes 1-2 business days, please bear with us as we are on skeletal force ONLY due to the current pandemic restrictions. Once order has been processed, you will receive a notification and may pick up at the Pertuamart hub or book your own courier.

Where do you deliver?

Pertuamart and Pertua Delivery is currently available within Metro Manila ONLY.

What is the delivery time?

Pertuamart Delivery day every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (M- W-F). EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS. Cut off time is 2pm. Orders after 2pm will be delivered on the next delivery day. For bulk and pail or drum orders, Lead time is 3-5 business days.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, minimum P300.00 for Cash On Delivery (COD) / Bank Deposit and P1500.00 for Credit Card Payment.

What is your mode of payment?

Cash On Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

For now, no need to create an account before you order.

Can I personally pick up my order?

Yes, you may visit the Pertuamart Hub at 35 Sto. Nino Street, Barangay San Antonio, Quezon City Monday to Fridays, 10am - 12nn and then resume at 1pm - 4pm. EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS. Orders unclaimed can be picked up the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

Once order is paid, change of mind cancellation is not possible.

How do I spot a fake from the original Pertua product?
