How long does the processing take? |
1-2 days processing. For bulk and pail or drum orders, Lead time is 3-5 business days. For Pick up, processing time takes 1-2 business days, please bear with us as we are on skeletal force ONLY due to the current pandemic restrictions. Once order has been processed, you will receive a notification and may pick up at the Pertuamart hub or book your own courier.

Pertuamart and Pertua Delivery is currently available within Metro Manila ONLY. |
What is the delivery time? |
Pertuamart Delivery day every Mondays and Thursdays (M- TH). EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS. Cut off time is 2pm. Orders after 2pm will be delivered on the next delivery day. For bulk and pail or drum orders, Lead time is 3-5 business days. |
What is your mode of payment? |
Cash On Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. |

Can I personally pick up my order? |
Yes, you may visit the Pertuamart Hub at #70 Old Samson Rd., Balintawak, Quezon City Monday to Fridays, 10am - 12nn and then resume at 1pm - 4pm. EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS. Orders unclaimed can be picked up the next business day.

How do I spot a fake from the original Pertua product? |
